Judge Caudle has served as Fulton County Magistrate Court Judge since her appointment in May 2015. Before her appointment, she was a partner with the international firm Jones Day and litigated a variety of corporate litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country.
Judge Caudle has a long-standing commitment to the Atlanta community. She is the immediate past president of the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. and serves as a member of the boards of directors of the Litigation and Judicial Sections of the Atlanta Bar Association. While in private practice, Judge Caudle was partner-in-charge of Jones Day Atlanta’s award-winning pro bono practice; a past member of the board of directors of the Junior League of Atlanta; a past co-chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Corporate and Securities Litigation Subsection; and a past member of the board of directors of Arts for Learning (f/k/a Young Audiences). Judge Caudle received the Woodruff Arts Center’s Charles Yates Outstanding Volunteer Award (2013), was named to “On the Rise” by the Fulton County Daily Report (2013), and is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Atlanta.
Judge Caudle graduated from Wake Forest University and the University of Mississippi School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Judge Caudle served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Marvin H. Shoob on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
